SUBJECT: information and consent request pursuant to articles 13, 23 and 26 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30.06.2003 relevant to personal data processing. Pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, the “owner” of data processing informs you that: 1) The above Legislative Decree provides for a series of obligations on individuals who deal with the “processing” (that is to say, collection, recording, processing, protection, transmission, disclosure etc.) of other people’s personal data (the “interested parties”). 2) The processing of your personal data in our possession, of the data that you will be asked to send or that will be transmitted by you or by third parties, is made for the fulfilment of: - Legal obligations – (invoicing, compulsory accounting records and writings etc.); - Contractual obligations - (supply-sale relations, professional mandate etc.), as well as amendments and integrations; - Other purposes – (search for possible customers/suppliers, market investigations etc.). 3) Data will be processed with manual and/or automated systems for their memorization, management and transmission, strictly in correlation with the above purposes, according to the data in our possession and with your commitment to immediately inform us about possible rectifications, integrations and/or updating; 4) You can transmit your data to: - Tax consultant; - the following public and private bodies, also following to inspections and controls: (Tax Authority, Tax Police bodies, judicial authorities, Italian Exchange Control, Labour Inspectorate, ASL-Local Health Service, social security organisms, ENASARCO, Chamber of Commerce, etc.); - people who may access your data if required by law or by secondary or community legislation; 5) The sphere of possible data transmission will be NATIONAL. 6) The transmission of the above data is compulsory or facultative according to the different purposes. - In the case you may refuse to transmit your data or to consent to their processing, that is to say to their transmission, consequences will be the following: - The impossibility to establish or to continue the relation, that is to say to carry out some operations if the above data are necessary to complete the relation or the operation; - The impossibility to carry out some operations that require the transmission of the data to people who need to access such information to strictly perform the above operations; - Data will not be communicated to people performing other activities not strictly linked to the completing of the relation; 7) You were designated responsible for data processing: - Mr. ALBERTO RICCI, administrative and financial officer pro tem.; 8) You are entitled to exercise some rights, in particular: - Be aware of the existence, or not, of personal data relevant to you and their transmission in legible form; - Be informed of the owner, of the purposes and the modalities of data processing, and of the person in charge, the persons or the categories of persons to whom data may be transmitted; - Obtain data updating, rectification or integration; - Obtain data cancellation, transformation in an anonymous way or blocking; - For legitimate reasons, oppose data processing, within the limits prescribed by law; - Oppose the sending of advertising materials for market investigations or marketing communication.
